Job Description
The HR Admin Operator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures accurate HR records, smooth daily HR operations, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Prepare employment documents such as contracts, job offers, and onboarding requirements
- Process attendance, leaves, overtime, and timekeeping records
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
