Job Responsibilities
 Recruitment & Placement
- Develop and execute annual recruitment plans based on the company's manpower budget and business development needs.
Develop and maintain local recruitment channels; organize interviews and talent selection processes to ensure timely and efficient hiring. Optimize the onboarding process and maintain accurate employee records and personnel information.
 Compensation & Benefits Management
- Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory tax filings, and contributions to SOCSO, EPF, and HRDF.
Assist headquarters in structuring local salary scales and incentive schemes to ensure fairness and market competitiveness. Conduct periodic salary surveys to analyze industry trends and provide recommendations.
 Performance & Training Management
- Drive the implementation of the performance management system locally, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
