Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling daily administrative and HR tasks.
  • Assist in recording details of received items, such as names, numbers, and descriptions (VANDEL).
  • Provide back-up support on tracking, monitoring inventory, compliance needs and notifying HR Supervisor when supplies are running low.
  • Enter Purchase Requisitions and place orders for office supplies.
  • Support in maintaining a neat office environment, organized inventory storage area and 5S Program.
  • Checking of Billing per cut-off. (per assigned Agency)
  • Encoding of Newly Deployed Agency Personnel in the system (Pcore).
  • Company Phone Monitoring and Issuances.
  • Ensures all applicable systems and paperwork are maintained and updated accordingly.
  • Other duties/ HR projects, as assigned.
