This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation, providing hands-on support across both operational and corporate environments.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will deliver practical and commercially focused HR support across multiple locations in Scotland, with regular travel between sites.
This is a highly visible, site-facing role where you will work closely with frontline managers, supporting them with day-to-day people challenges while ensuring a compliant, engaged and high-performing workforce.
