The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude. Reporting to the Group HR Manager and working closely with the broader HR team, this role will be integral in providing support, assistance and advice to Managers across Australia on matters pertaining to Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Group Leaders, providing expert advice, coaching and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
- Support the HR Leadership team in developing and executing strategic HR objectives, through continuous improvement of HR Polices, systems and processes.
- Work with senior leaders to develop effective structures and workforce plans to deliver improved productivity and contract execution.
