Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather, analyze and maintain HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee performance, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, time-to-fill, attendance, etc.) for leadership and store operations teams.
Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
