Required Skill;1. Should have excellent english communication and interaction skills.
2. Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations
3. Should be an excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Should have In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
5. Should be capable of handling Onboarding/Exits & documentation
6. Should have Masters/Degree in Human Resources or related field
7. Should be an Immediate joinee
8. Additional HR training will be an added advantage
9. Preference for female candidates
