Roles and Responsibilities
-Managing the entire attendance process
-Coordination with Cross functional team for the timely close of Attendance.
-MIS related to Attendance Report
-Creating and publishing employee schedules.
-Recording shift start and end times (punch in and punch out)
-Calculating Paid Days, Leave Reversal/Arrear Days for payroll.
- Must have worked on SAP .
