Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist with deploying, implementing, and driving key HR initiatives and activities in accordance with RRX policies and procedures, including but not limited to full‑cycle recruitment and retention for professional and production positions; performance management; training and development; positive associate/union relations; workforce planning; diversity and inclusion; engagement; and equitable compensation and benefits.
- Actively role‑model Regal Rexnord’s Core Values to drive a culture of integrity, responsibility (including safety accountability), diversity & inclusion, customer success, innovation with purpose, continuous improvement, performance, and a passion to win—all with a sense of urgency.
- Partner with leadership to develop engagement action plans and be accountable for culture and engagement progress.
