What the Role Entails
Take active part in the training, learning, culture and employee engagement projects. Actively act as team member to contribute innovative ideas, and take on project management roles, when at the same time can be hands-on with project operation documents, including graphic, document design and drafting.Support in sourcing internal and external partnership, vendor and speakers to ensure high quality, value adding content of different layers are provided in the program design.Support HRBP leader in day to day HRBP responsibilities, providing BP support to business teams world-wide, and ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.Being a trusted advisor to provide insights on business decisions from a human capital perspective which includes but not limited to talent management, performance management, workforce strategy, employee engagement & retention.Collaborate closely with the business leaders o...
