HR Compliance & Reporting Specialist

EXCELLENCE IN PGM's is looking for a dedicated HR professional in Rustenburg to ensure adherence to HR legal requirements while providing essential HR services. The ideal candidate will have a Human Resources Diploma/Degree, at least 2 years of experience in HR, and a valid medical certificate.

This role requires good communication skills and knowledge of HR legislation, including the Mine Health and Safety Act. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
