Urgent Hiring: HR Coordinator / Full-Cycle Recruiter (Remote, Full-time)

We're seeking a people-driven HR pro to lead end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR ops for our fully remote team.
What you'll do
-Own full-cycle hiring: post, source, screen, interview, reference, onboard
-Partner with hiring managers on headcount and pipelines
-Maintain ATS/trackers and accurate employee records
-Coordinate schedules, attendance, contracts, and onboarding files
-Support HR initiatives, reports, and virtual engagement programs
What we're looking for
-Bachelor's in HR/Psych/Business (or related)
-2+ years in HR coordination or full-cycle recruiting
-Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
-Comfortable in a remote setup; proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, ATS/HRIS
