Job Description
The detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator will support the HR team in a variety of human resources functions. This role will focus on HRBP coordination, HRIS data maintenance, the generation of HR letters, work pass applications and renewals, airport pass applications, WICA (Work Injury Compensation Act) management, recruitment coordination, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR Business Partner and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR-related activities in the organization.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with SAP and HRMS systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
