• Responsible for leading hourly hiring activities pre-screening candidates, interviewing, facilitate orientation, preparation of new hire packages
• New hire setup (timely and accurate preparation of WIN-PAK time cards, entering documentation in SAP and Kronos in a timely manner)
• Partner with leaders to identify recruiting needs and play an active role in the selection process
• First point of contact for all HR inquiries
• Ensure people movement (new hires, voluntary and involuntary terminations, promotions, transfers etc.) is flawlessly executed in SAP
• Coordination and administration of leaves, layoffs and terminations
• Manage hourly attendance program
• Administration of benefits and pension enrollment – assist employees with forms as well as answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Actively facilitates and contributes to plant initiatives
