Job Responsibilities Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP) via the MOM system Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations Maintain accurate employee records, including work pass status and documentation Monitor and update quota, levy, and work pass expiry tracking Support onboarding and offboarding processes for foreign employees Oversee office administration, pantry supplies, and employee wellbeing matters Coordinate company vehicle tracking and maintenance schedules Handle purchasing of stationery and office supplies Attend to and handle incoming office phone calls and enquiries Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR / work pass administration Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations Familiar with MOM systems (EP Online, WP Online) Experience in handling foreig...
