Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in handling HR Administrative task assigned by the management.
Assist in handling company events assigned by the management.
Assist in new hire onboarding and exit interviews for leaving staff.
Assist in handling staff training and development.
Assist in handling employee relations including disciplinary and grievances.
Assist in managing company or staff personal file & correspondence documentation.
Assist in ensuring company practices are in compliance with Labour Ordinance.
Assist in staff recruitment of all levels.
Assist in preparation HR documentation assigned by the management.
Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or similar field of study
Possess 2 years of working experience in HR role will be an advantage. Fresh graduate(s) are e...
