Job Description

Description Design deliver and administer the organisation's training programmes in accordance with the organisation's training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business. Responsibilities Conduct Training Needs Analysis. Arrange and monitor staff/workers training as per Training requests form BU. Gather training feedback and review the effectiveness of training programmes. Design soft skills training and curriculum Clear invoice payment from Training Providers P-filing of certificates into Personnel files Conduct stand-up training like Orientation, Team Building etc. Update and maintain training records. Handle the various Trainees Programmes under EDB and ITE such as INTECH and Industrial Attachment, and own in-house induction programme for new and overseas colleagues.
