. Manage the recruitment andselection process . Manage employee records,employment agreements, and HR guidelines. . Administer payroll, manageemployee benefits, and handle other HR-related duties. . Handle the application andrenewal of company certifications such as BCA, ISO, GGBS, and others. . Supervise day-to-day officeoperations, including purchasing, facility upkeep, and IT coordination. . Facilitate effective internalcommunication to ensure seamless business processes across departments. . Diploma in Human Resources,Business Administraton or a related discipline. . Minimum 3 years of hands-onexperience in HR and administrative functions within the construction sector. . Solid understanding of humanresources principles, employment laws, and regulatory standards. . Strong verbal and writtencommnication skills, with the ability to collaborate acrsss all levels of theorganization. . Skilled with MS officeapplications and HR software, including payroll systems. .
