Job Description
As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the first point of contact for everything related to hiring and onboarding. You will manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end — from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. In our fast-paced startup environment, your work will directly shape the team and culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interviews and feedback loops efficiently
- Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with leadership
