Job Description
**HR Generalist - Join Our Human Resources Team!**:
- Full-Time | 7 AM - 4 PM (Schedule may vary)_
- Salary: $12,000 - $15,000 MXN_

We are looking for a **proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist** to support our Human Resources team! If you have **at least 1 year of experience in HR**, strong administrative skills, and a passion for employee engagement, this is a great opportunity for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **HR orientation sessions** for new hires.
- Manage and track **weekly & monthly contract renewals**.
- Maintain and audit **employee records & terminations**.
- Process and track **work accident reports** for social security.
- Organize and oversee the **HR storage area**.
- Provide **HR support to employees** with work-related concerns.
- Monitor and process **INFONAVIT salary deductions**.
