Overview
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP.

- Overseeing the onboarding process of all LN new employees and HR orientation of AN employees to Subic
- Submits Assignment Entitlements to LOGCAP ES for payment and partners with payroll and PC to resolve pay issues for all employees
- Operates with limited direct oversight and able to resolve complex HR issues
- Coordinates with SMT on req creation
- Coordinates with PMO on Host Country Taxes
- Is the POC for day to day operations of the normal HR functions and duties
- Handles out-processing and demobilization of employees from Philippines
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources PMO team
