Opportunity

Internship at Allegro MicroSystems provides hands‑on experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent acquisition. You will receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals and exposure to various HR functions beyond recruiting.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities, including posting job openings on internal and external platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications for entry‑level positions.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new‑hire packets and coordinating first‑day logistics.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in recruitment systems.
• Perform new‑hire onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• Can render at least 500 hours.
