Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HRBP team in daily HR operations, employee engagement activities, performance tracking, and HR coordination activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to HR processes and business partnering functions.
Support HRBP team in daily HR operational activities.
Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
Assist in preparing performance matrices and employee performance reports.
Coordinate with teams for attendance, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
Help in data management using Excel/Google Sheets.
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and MIS updates.
Follow up with employees and stakeholders for pending HR activities.
