Responsibilities
Design and develop the learning solutions for the TechSales project to ensure the development of the key skills and knowledge for assigned functions in the LATAM sector, using the proper instructional design methodology, coordination with the media production team and main point of contact between the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the timely delivery of the solutions for each scrum.
Create the most engaging and effective learning experiences for our learners.
Your Impact- Design and validate the proposed L&D solution for its assigned functions following the main process and ensuring input from business experts, outside consultants and functional leaders (SMEs) when needed. Provide service to all LATAM BU’s (PMF, PBF, SOCO, CARICAM and ANDEAN) scrums conforming the PI and impacting +35k Sales employees.
- Develop the L&D solutions and all their contents (objectives, activities, curricula, assignments, storyboards, etc....
