Human Resources Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Human Resources functions to support business objectives. This role ensures effective talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR process improvement while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
1. Workforce Planning
Partner with HODs on manpower planning and hiring priorities.
Ensure timely onboarding and smooth integration of new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a trusted HR partner to management and employees.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and professionally.
