HR Manager | Creative Agency | Full-time

We’re Hiring: HR (Creative Industry)

Location: On-site

We’re a growing production house transitioning into a full-fledged creative agency, and we’re looking for someone who understands people, process, and creative teams .

This is not a traditional HR role.

You’ll be working closely with the Founder and Ops to bring structure to hiring, build strong freelance networks, and create a healthy team environment.

What you’ll do:

• Hire for creative roles like editors, producers, DOPs
• Build and manage freelance talent pools
• Handle onboarding, contracts, and HR operations
• Drive simple but meaningful team engagement
• Work with tools and systems to keep things organized

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3+ years of HR experience
• Experience in creative / media / agency environments
