Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage payroll and employee benefits.
Plan and implement compensation strategies.
Identify training needs and support employee development.
Establish and monitor performance evaluation processes.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Select and manage an HR Information System (HRIS).
Qualifications
Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or any related behavioral/business course.
At least 5 years of HR supervisory experience.
Knowledgeable in all areas of Human Resources.
Willing to work on-site in Dinalupihan, Bataan.
