Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR team, including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Internal Communications.
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to contribute to business strategy
Plan and execute recruitment campaigns to meet organizational needs.
Build partnerships with leading universities and develop a talent pipeline for future workforce planning.
Handle other HR activities such as culture development, training programs, employer branding, and policy design.
