We are seeking an experienced and strategic Part-Time HR Manager, with the potential to transition into a Full-Time HR Manager, to lead our human resources functions and align HR initiatives with the company's overall business strategy.
Working 10–15 hours per week, you will play a key role in shaping company culture, driving talent management initiatives, and supporting organizational development to enable sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
- Advise leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Establish job descriptions, KPIs, and incentive programs.
