1) Administration
· Manage service delivery and the day-to-day operations of administrative transactional processes including staff and non-staff human resources servicing, stationery and uniform management and administration.
· Interact with HR service providers, such as background check companies and benefits providers, payments, ensuring smooth service delivery and addressing issues.
· Control the factory cleaning to ensure it’s always in a good situation.
· Manage Meals provided to employees and control the hygiene of meals and drink to ensure the employee’s health and safety.
