Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HRMS/HRIS implementation, configuration, and system upgrades across hybrid work environments.
Own data integrity, user access controls, system integrations, and workflow automation within core HR platforms.
Partner with HR Business Partners to translate policy and process changes into system configurations and reporting dashboards.
