HR Operations Apprentice — CIPD Level 3, On-site

Cummins Europe in Tees Valley is seeking an enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join their HR Operations Team. This is a developmental position that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to gain a CIPD Level 3 qualification.

As an apprentice, you will support employees, work on process improvement projects, and collaborate with a dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in Math and English, with additional A Levels preferred but not essential.
