HR Operations & Compliance Manager

Executive Optical in Gumaca, Philippines is looking for an experienced HR Head to oversee all HR operations, from hiring to employee separation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Psychology, along with a strong background in labor laws and HR policies.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance in pre-employment processes and assisting with employee benefits and attendance issues. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
