HR & Payroll Analyst

Location:

Remote (India/Philippines preferred, US time zone overlap required)

Head of Portfolio Operations

Compensation:

$10,000 - $15,000 USD annually

What you'll do

• Run payroll for 5+ portfolio companies using Rippling, Gusto, and other platforms. You'll process inputs, validate tax withholdings, and reconcile reports each pay period.
• Maintain employee records across all portfolio companies. This means auditing data, fixing errors, and making sure records match across systems.
• Handle benefits enrollment: open enrollment periods, mid-year changes, and employee questions about coverage.
• Generate compliance reports (EEO-1, ACA filings, state-specific requirements) when needed.
• Manage user access and permissions in HR systems. When we acquire a new company, you'll help migrate their employee data.
