AriseTalent Hub is currently hiring HR Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0–2 years of experience to build a strong foundation in the corporate world through hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Submit qualified candidates
- Maintain and update our internal database
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop
