Delta Constructions is currently hiring a HR Recruiter to join our team.
Location: Sheikh Zayed
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Follow up with direct managers to identify hiring needs.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and prepare hiring reports.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the construction field).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
