HR RPA & AI Solutions Developer

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an RPA Developer located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Senior Manager - HR Digital Transformations & RPA, the RPA Developer role involves driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and human resources teams using systems, tools, and data and managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment.

• Hands‑on experience on RPA tools with UiPath experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment.
• Clearly understand the design from the project lead to develop the solution for cloud/on‑prem attended, unattended, and hybrid bots.
• Work closely with Process Leads in understanding the functional requirements, and exceptions and provide solution design & architecture.
