What you’ll do:
- Execute day-to-day People Services activities across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers , providing guidance on HR systems, policies, and processes.
- Partner closely with global stakeholders , supporting teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to continuously improve People processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management in HRIS platforms such as Workday .
