Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Has 3 years administering HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll platforms).
Hands-on experience with API integrations, SQL databases, and data migration.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript) and system security best practices.
Deep understanding of HR processes (recruiting, payroll, performance management).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Certifications in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) or cloud services (AWS/Azure).
