Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and maintain employee records
• Help implement HR policies and documentation
• Manage attendance tracking and assist in payroll support
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Provide administrative support in performance management processes
Requirements:
Academic background in HR or Business Administration
1-6 months HR experience or relevant internship
Basic understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and HR practices
