About the role

We are implementing HBHR, a new HR system that will change how our HR team and the wider organisation manage people processes. We are looking for an experienced specialist to lead the HR functional side of this change — getting our HR team and end users ready, confident, and productive on the new system from day one and beyond.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has guided a HR function through a system change before. You will work closely with the HR team, IT, the system vendor/implementation partner, and stakeholders across the business to make sure the transition is smooth, well-communicated, and properly embedded. The core functionality of HBHR being implemented are the core HRIS/database, ATS and Time & Attendance.
