Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Identify, analyze, and validate stakeholder needs and processes.
• Provide support and training to stakeholders, particularly HR, to enhance the overall user experience.
• Configure, review, and maintain the Workday system, including business process design, security, and audit implementation.
• Assist in defining objectives, scope, timelines, phases, milestones, and budgets for HR platform projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
