Contract Type : Full-time, permanent   Location : Noida JOB OVERVIEW The HRMS Coordinator is responsible for the technical administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS).


This role acts as the system owner for day-to-day HR technology operations, ensuring system stability, data integrity, integrations, reporting accuracy, and compliance.

  •   The position requires strong technical acumen, advanced data management skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to drive system efficiency and automation.


    ABOUT THE ROLE HRMS Technical Administration Administer and maintain the HRMS platform, ensuring system availability and optimal performance.


    Configure system modules, workflows, business rules, approval hierarchies, templates, and access controls.
