- Process and manage payroll for Mexico and other Latin American countries (Colombia and Argentina).
- Maintain and manage confidential electronic employee records.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support, including policy interpretation and employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and government requirements (e.g. NOM‑035 in Mexico).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Partner closely with the HR Business Partner, engagement and employee experience initiatives.
