Hse & security officer

Main Duties / Responsibilities Security Manage and monitor the security service provider. Hold and record monthly security meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures. Oversee access control and accurate record keeping of people and assets. Ensure daily searches are conducted as per policy. Inspect CCTV, gates, locks, fences and other security systems regularly. Maintain and audit key control registers. Prepare monthly security reports (incidents, risks, costs). Report security risks or deviations to senior management. Review and update the Site Procedure Manual when required. Safety, Health & Environment (HSE) Conduct workplace inspections and investigate incidents. Ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies. Implement improvements to safety and environmental standards.
