Job Description
Take charge of Health, Safety, and Environment at Precision Drilling as an HSE Superintendent. This roaming, field-based role focuses on leading safety initiatives and performance standards.
As an HSE Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support at all field levels. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, you will promote compliance with HSE policies while implementing performance measures during drilling operations. This role emphasizes communication, coaching, and a strong safety culture through the ‘Target Zero’ initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HSE trainings and coaching sessions on site
• Monitor and assess safety compliance through KPIs
• Ensure completion of hazard identification and risk assessments
