Job Description
Join Webber as a Compliance Specialist, specializing in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality for infrastructure management projects. You will help ensure compliance and elevate safety standards across job sites.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance with the Maintenance Rating Program and Safety Plan. Use your vast HSE knowledge to lead training, conduct jobsite observations, and provide coaching to operational teams, ensuring consistency with federal and local safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as HSE subject matter expert for project leadership
• Facilitate Job Hazard Analysis and safety training sessions
• Ensure documentation of jobsite observations in safety management system
