**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System;
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, international standards, and client-specific HSEQ requirements;
- Coordinate internal and external HSEQ audits;
- Lead accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up;
- Monitor HSEQ KPIs and recommend improvement actions;
- Supervise the HSEQ team and third-party service providers;
- Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness initiatives;
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
