Job Description
HSSEQ Support & Quality Coordinator (Permanent) - South Northumberland
We're recruiting a HSSEQ Support & Quality Coordinator to strengthen our client's Quality Management System (QMS), support HSSEQ activities and drive continuous improvement across the business.
This role is key to how they manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), HSSEQ observations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)-ensuring issues are identified, understood and closed out in a structured, data-led way. You'll work closely with engineering, operations and project teams to improve compliance, efficiency and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate NCRs from identification through to closure
Lead/support RCA activity, ensuring corrective actions are effective and measurable
Track HSSEQ observations and drive timely follow-up and resolution
Support internal and external audits, maintaining compliance with standards and procedures
