Job Summary

The HubSpot Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and optimizing the company's HubSpot CRM database to support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and related commercial teams. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and usability, while enabling efficient lead management, reporting, and pipeline visibility. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience coordinating HubSpot databases, is comfortable working with flexible schedules, and can analyze candidate or lead pools by experience depth and compensation expectations.
